Visit Garrett Popcorn Shop's Fifth Avenue Flagship location this Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to meet “Top Chef's” Richard Blais. A big fan of Garrett Popcorn, Blais is well known for his less than conventional cooking methods, and Garrett’s gourmet CaramelCrisp® and CheeseCorn™ are his newest ingredients.

By freezing Garrett’s hand-crafted popcorn in liquid nitrogen at a temperature of 350 degrees below zero, Blais has created an icy cold, delicious popcorn treat for this week’s store visitors.
