Shipping
Q: When will I receive my order?
A:
Orders placed today are scheduled to ship on the following business day.
Delivery dates are calculated from the date of shipment.
For example, an order placed on Friday for 2-day delivery will be due to arrive on the following Wednesday.
FedEx does not ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.
Ground shipping delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If you would like your order to arrive on a specific date (weekdays only), select Two Day (or Standard Overnight) shipping and select the appropriate Ship Date, two (or one) business days before you would like your order delivered.
Packages are delivered Monday through Friday only (holidays excluded).
We do not require signatures for delivery. If no one is available to receive the package, it will be left at the door at the FedEx courier's discretion.
Due to the perishable nature of our popcorn, Garrett Popcorn Shops cannot be responsible or liable for deliveries where the customer is not available to receive the order.

Q: Does someone have to be home to sign for the package?

We ship all orders without requiring a signature for release; if no one is available to sign, FedEx will leave your order at the door without requiring a signature. However, we strongly recommend that someone be present to accept delivery. If you're sending a gift, please notify the recipient that a perishable package will be arriving. Garrett Popcorn Shops cannot be responsible or liable for deliveries where the customer is not available to receive the order.
In the event that no one is home to receive your order, we strongly recommend you send your package to a business address to ensure delivery.

Shipments outside the U.S. are subject to extra handling charges and fees. All applicable duties and taxes will be charged to the customer at the time the order is processed. Orders shipped internationally or outside the 48 contiguous states are sent via a FedEx Express service and may require additional delivery time. Our products are made and packaged daily. We offer these recommendations for helping to extend its freshness:
-Do not open your product(s) until you are ready to eat it.
-Do not expose the product to adverse weather conditions (away from humidity and heat).
-Once opened, store it in an air-tight container at room temperature.
-Do not refrigerate, freeze, reheat or microwave any of our products.
-Use common sense as with any other perishable products, i.e., bread, ice cream.
-Generally our product will remain fresh for about 30 days under these conditions.
