How do I change my member address/e-mail/log-in/password?

Log in using your current member e-mail and password. Select from the update options available on the left, make your changes, and then save.

Do you have an 800 number I can use to place an order?

What can delay my order?

Legal holidays, inclement weather and unexpected circumstances could delay order processing. Any orders with address issues will be shipped out the following business day from the original ship date.

Promotion Code Information

If you would like to apply a promotion code, please use it during the checkout process. The promotion is valid on purchases through the date listed in the promotion. Most online promotions are not valid in Garrett Popcorn Shops® stores and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer, and are VOID if altered, reproduced or unauthorized. Not redeemable for cash or credit.

Will I receive an order confirmation email?

We will automatically send you an e-mail confirmation as long as you have provided us with a valid e-mail address. You will also receive a tracking number via e-mail once UPS has picked up the shipment. What type of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club and American Express credit cards. You may also pay online using a valid Garrett Popcorn Shops® Gift Card or E-Certificate.

How many people can you generally serve with a 6.5 gallon tin? 3.5 gallon? 2 gallon?

A 6.5 gallon tin contains approximately 104 dry measuring cups and will generally serve a group of about 50 people, assuming each person gets an equal amount of 2 cups.
A 3.5 gallon tin contains approximately 56 dry measuring cups and will generally serve a group of about 28 people, assuming each person gets an equal amount of 2 cups.
A 2 gallon tin contains approximately 32 dry measuring cups and will generally serve a group of about 16 people, assuming each person gets an equal amount of 2 cups.

The Chicago Mix combines CaramelCrisp® and CheeseCorn™ flavors. Do you mix any other flavors together?

Generally speaking, we only mix these two flavors. However we do sell multiple flavors in a tin (separated by a divider) in our 2, 3.5, or 6.5 gallon sizes. We encourage you to get creative and do a little mixing at home!

How do I track my order?

You may receive up to date information about your order via the UPS website using the tracking number you received from UPS in an email.

How do I change or cancel an order?

You may change or cancel an order up until 8PM (CST) on the day you placed your order. Please call (888) 476-7267.

What happens if a tin design runs out of stock?

If your tin selection is out of stock at shipment date, we will substitute an alternate tin.

Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Domestic orders placed today are scheduled to ship within 48 hours. Delivery dates are calculated from the date of shipment.
 
For example, an order placed on Friday for Next Day Air delivery is scheduled to ship on Monday and arrive on the following Tuesday.
 
Ground shipping delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If you would like your order to arrive on a specific date (weekdays only), select 2nd Day or Next Day Air shipping.
 
Packages are delivered Monday through Friday only, holidays excluded.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes, shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are sent 2nd day air. Please allow 2-3 business days; additional shipping fees apply.

Will I be able to add a gift message to my order?

Yes. During the check out process, please check the box for "Gift Message" in Step 1 under Shipping.
 
All gift messages for 1, 2, 3.5 and 6.5 gallon tins will be printed on a 3" x 5" Garrett branded card.
 
The Party Pack and Shorty Pack will have the gift message printed on the shipping label.

Can I send to a P.O. Box, A.P.O. or F.P.O.?

UPS requires a physical address and does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
 
For orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses, please contact our Corporate Sales Team, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (CST) at (866) 676-7267 to inquire about rates, shipping times and to place your order.
 
UPS transfers packages to USPS SurePost to deliver to the APO/FPO packages to their destination. The packages cannot be tracked beyond their transfer from

Will UPS or Garrett Popcorn Shops­­® call before delivering the package?

No. We strongly advise you to make the recipient aware of your purchase.

Does someone need to be home to sign for the package?

If you believe there is a strong possibility that the recipient might not be at home when UPS attempts delivery, you should consider shipping to a work address. This will reduce the odds that UPS will have to reattempt delivery and decrease the amount of time before your gift will be enjoyed. We ship all orders without requiring a signature for release; if no one is available to sign, UPS will leave your order at the door without requiring a signature. However, we strongly recommend that someone be present to accept delivery. If you're sending a gift, please notify the recipient that a perishable package will be arriving. Garrett Popcorn Shops­­® cannot be responsible or liable for deliveries where the customer is not available to receive the order.

Can I ship to an international address?

Yes, you can ship to any city in Canada via UPS. Please contact our Customer Experience Team, Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (CST) at (866) 676-7267 to inquire about rates, shipping times and to place your international order. Please note all orders shipping to Canada must be placed by phone with our Customer Experience Team and also note that duties, taxes and/ or broker’s fees will apply and are included in your UPS shipping costs.
 
Due to import & UPS restrictions we are currently unable to offer shipping to other international locations outside of the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada.

How will my order be shipped?

Garrett Popcorn Shops® works exclusively with UPS. We offer the choice of UPS Ground Service, 2nd Day Air Service and Next Day Air. Due to the perishable nature of our handcrafted product(s), we package your selections with the utmost care. In order to maintain the quality of the items purchased, all of our products are shipped separately.
 
Traditional Gift cards are delivered via US Postal Service First Class Mail.
 
Electronic Gift Certificates will arrive immediately via email.

How do I keep my Garrett Popcorn fresh?

Because our three generations old recipes do not use any preservatives, we recommend that you enjoy your Garrett Popcorn as soon as possible and within 10 days of opening. We also recommend that:
  • Once opened, store your Popcorn in an air-tight container…away from sunlight, heat and humidity.
  • Please don’t refrigerate, freeze, reheat or microwave your Garrett Popcorn.
 
Every small batch of Garrett Popcorn is taste tested…so you can be sure that your Garrett Popcorn meets our highest standards.

Can non-travelers purchase popcorn at your O’Hare locations?

Our O'Hare Shops are located just past the airport security checkpoints in Terminals 1 and 3. You need to be a ticketed passenger with a boarding pass in order to reach our Shops.

Gift Cards/ E-Certificates

Where can Gift Cards/ E-Certificates be used?

Our traditional Gift Cards are redeemable online for domestic shipments and at any domestic Garrett Popcorn Shops® retail location. Our E-Certificate is redeemable online only and can be redeemed for domestic shipments.  For Canadian shipments, please contact (866)676-7267.

How long will it take to receive my Gift Cards/ E-Certificates?

Our traditional Gift Cards will be processed within 24-48 hours. Estimated total delivery time with processing and shipping is 3-5 business days.
 
Our E-Certificates will arrive to your recipient immediately via email and can only be redeemed online for domestic shipments.

How do I purchase Gift Cards/ E-Certificates?

Click here to purchase a traditional gift card online. You may also purchase a gift card at any of our domestic retail locations or by calling customer service at (888) 4-POPCORN / (888) 476-7267. The gift card is shipped directly to you or your recipient.
 
Click here to purchase an electronic gift certificate online. E-Certificates are only redeemable online and will arrive immediately via email to your recipient.

What dollar amounts may I choose and are you able to add money to Gift Cards/ E-Certificates?

The Gift Card and E-Certificate come in amounts of $25, $50, $100 or you can enter the amount you would like.
 
Unfortunately, you cannot add value to your card at this time. If you need additonal dollars on a gift card, you must purchase a new one.

Can I receive money back from Gift Cards/ E-Certificates?

Your Gift Card or E-Certificate cannot be redeemed for cash. The balance on your Gift Card/ E-Certificate will reduce each time you make a purchase.

Protect your Gift Card or Electronic Gift Certificate like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards or e-certificates will not be replaced.

Can I ship Gift Cards/ E-Certificates? How much will it cost?

Yes, traditional Gift Cards will be shipped via US Postal Service First Class Mail at no cost to you. Electronic Gift Certificates will arrive immediately via email.

Will my Gift Cards/ E-Certificates ever lose value or expire?

Gift Cards and E-Certificates do not have an expiration date. The only way your card or certificate decreases in value is through usage.
