New In-Shop Experience
We made some exciting changes to serve you better.
Hand sanitizer is available for your use at checkout, and we installed plexiglass between customers and our team.
New pick-up windows are installed at select Shops in Chicago. A drive-thru is also open at our 87th and S Cottage Grove Shop in Chicago. Make your trip as contactless as possible by ordering ahead on our website or on Postmates and UberEATS.
Safety and Care
Health and safety of our team members and fans is always our #1 priority.
Team members receive daily health screenings before arriving to work.
Our Shop cleanliness has always been our top priority. Now you will find they are cleaner than ever, with CDC-approved cleaning solution and updated countertops. We are disinfecting high-touch surfaces more frequently, including the drink coolers and payment systems at checkout. Our team members are also changing scoops and gloves consistently throughout the day.

We please ask that you help with the following. Together, we can ensure everyone feels safe.
Please stay home if you are feeling sick, have tested positive for Covid-19, or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive. Can’t wait? Order online or get contactless delivery on Postmates and UberEATS.
Please follow the capacity limit posted on the sign at the entrance of each Shop. We always keep it updated.
