Pick-Up in Shops
You asked, we answered.
For the first time in 70 years, fans can now order for pick-up in select Shops!
Select Shops Now Open
Orders must be cancelled no later than 2pm Chicago time the day before the scheduled pick-up date to receive a refund. If an order (i) is placed for same day pick-up, or otherwise cannot meet the cancellation deadline, and (ii) is cancelled, no refund will be given.
Tips & Tricks
- We think the online ordering site is easiest to use on mobile
- You can select your pick-up time during checkout
- Near the top of the menu, you can select ‘Recipes’ and ‘Drinks’
- Use the arrows at the bottom to browse all pages of the menu on desktop
- Be sure to select “add to cart” in the upper right corner when using the site on mobile
- Select the “About” tab to learn more about our Shop and how to pick up your order
- You can order up to seven days in advance
